Refund policy
We at Klade Children want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If for any reason you are not, we will accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed, un-defective merchandise for a STORE CREDIT.
Items must be back in the store within 7 days of when the package was delivered to you.
To be eligible for a credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you purchased redo at checkout, they will cover your return label, if not, you will be able to purchase your own label through the return portal.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If a package is refused by the customer we are not responsible for the item anymore and cannot process a credit.
ALL SALES ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@kladechildren.com and we will assist you.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
Klade is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we ship out the item, we no longer take responsibility for it.
We are unable to cancel any orders. If you would like to cancel your order, you will be issued a store credit. We do not offer refunds.
